It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange & pay for the item to be returned back to us. Once we receive the item back we will forward the item onto the manufacturer who will inspect the item. Depending on the manufacturer they will either repair or replace the item. Please note if the item is found to be misused and isn't covered under warranty you will have to cover the postage cost to have the item returned back to you. Please get in touch with us before sending any items back so we can issue a warranty claims number first.
